FAQ

Program Management

Manage your program with tools and resources for administration and ongoing operations.

Can we run one program across multiple locations?

Yes. A single program can serve every team and site, in physical or digital form.

What if a respondent fails attention checks?

Cards issue on your trigger, so build the check into your survey logic before the reward fires.

Can I run several programs at once?

Yes. One account can support multiple programs, denominations, and audiences.

Can partners outside my company receive cards?

Yes. Programs commonly reward channel partners, distributors, and resellers.

Can program rules be set in our system?

Most program rules live in your HR or safety software. We deliver the card payouts.

Can we exclude certain recipients?

Yes, by recipient list.

Can cards align with our IRB-approved study?

Yes. We can match denominations, delivery timing, and participant-facing language to your protocol. Your IRB remains the approving authority.

Should we issue a card per truck or per technician?

Both approaches work. A per-truck fuel card ties spend to the vehicle, while a per-technician card follows the person across assignments. Many companies use a per-truck fuel card and separate reward cards for individuals. Your specialist can help you decide.

Your cards are issued by a bank. Is that a competitor?

Our prepaid incentive cards are issued by Sunrise Banks, N.A., Member FDIC. This is an issuing relationship for your incentive program only, and it does not involve or affect your own customer relationships.

How do we keep it fair across shifts?

An open-loop prepaid card is the same currency for every shift, so first, second, and third shifts all receive a reward of equal value that each person can spend anywhere. That consistency is easier to administer and to defend than mixed merchandise.

Can I offer both in one program?

Yes. Talk to a specialist to combine them.

Who adds funds to a reloadable card?

The program sponsor loads and reloads it; recipients spend the balance.
