Can we deliver cards from our own system?
Yes. We can deliver through our platform or hand off unique card records for you to fulfill.
Can we deliver to workers without a company email?
Yes. Physical cards suit a floor workforce, and digital cards can go to a personal email or phone number when you have one on file.
How long does it take to receive prepaid cards?
Most physical card orders ship within 3 to 5 business days after artwork approval. Digital cards can be delivered the same day. Holiday and large-volume orders should follow our published order-by deadlines.
Is fulfillment really free?
Yes. PrePaidUSA includes fulfillment in your card program at no additional cost. That includes printing, packaging, and shipping for physical cards.
Can I send a digital prepaid card to multiple recipients in bulk?
Yes. We support batch delivery via CSV upload or API integration. Each recipient receives a unique card with the denomination you specify.
