How do I register my prepaid Visa card from Pre-Paid USA?
To register your prepaid Visa card, go to the Pre-Paid USA cardholder portal and enter your 16-digit card number, 3-digit security code, and card expiration date. Add the personal information requested on the form and create a username and password to access your account. Registration is typically completed in just a few minutes.
Do I need to register my prepaid Visa card before using it?
Registration is not required to make in-store purchases once your card has been activated. However, registration is needed to check your balance and transaction history through the cardholder portal, and it may be required as an added security step for certain online purchases.
How can I check my prepaid Visa card balance?
Sign in to the Pre-Paid USA cardholder portal with your username and password to see your current balance, recent transactions, and pending charges. You can also check your balance, at no charge, by calling the automated system at 1-866-241-4132.
Can recipients combine cards if they receive more than one?
Each card keeps its own balance, and cards can typically be added to a digital wallet, though balances are not merged.
