3.   Can I personalize Visa® Prepaid Cards with recipient names?

Physical cards can include up to two custom messages (19 characters each), such as a campaign tagline, department name, or motivational phrase. Individual recipient names are not printed on the cards.

4.  Do PrepaidUSA’s Digital Visa® Prepaid Cards allow for branding and custom messages?

Yes. Digital Visa® Prepaid Cards can feature your logo, brand colors, and a personalized email message and email subject line. If you’d like a fully branded look, you can also provide custom HTML email code, which we’ll use to deliver the card exactly as designed.

5.   What is the minimum order for Custom Visa® Prepaid Cards?

Minimums vary by card type and customization level. Contact our team for details—we support small business orders and enterprise-scale programs.

1.  How long does it take to receive PrepaidUSA’s Visa® Prepaid Cards?

Businesses can split a program by offering some rewards as Digital Visa® Prepaid Cards and others as Physical Visa® Prepaid Cards to meet different needs or the preference of the gift recipient. Recipients cannot choose their preferred format directly.

1.  Do you offer Reloadable Visa® Prepaid Cards?

Yes. PrepaidUSA’s Reloadable Visa® Prepaid Cards are ideal for ongoing programs such as employee stipends, wellness incentives, referral rewards, travel allowances, and participant payments.

2.  What’s the difference between single-use and reloadable Visa® Prepaid Cards?

  • Single-use cards: Loaded once, cannot be reloaded.
  • Reloadable cards: Funds can be added multiple times for ongoing programs.

3.   How are reloads added to Reloadable Visa® Prepaid Cards?

Reloads are processed securely through PrepaidUSA’s online client portal. Once payment is posted, funds are typically available within 1–2 business days.

4.  Can reloadable cards be used for recurring stipends or allowances?

Yes. Many companies use them for monthly travel stipends, wellness benefits, or incentive programs.

5.   Can businesses track Visa® Prepaid Card usage?

Direct real-time tracking is not available. However, PrepaidUSA provides a dedicated support team to assist with balance inquiries, reload confirmations, and program status updates whenever needed.
